Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
BuildYourAds ("we", "us") provides a creative library, strategy, and video editing platform for ecommerce teams. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, and workspace details you provide at signup.
- Your content — video footage, images, and connected-account data (for example Google Drive folders or Meta ad performance) that you or your team upload or connect. It stays yours.
- Usage data — product events (uploads, searches, processing jobs) used to operate, meter, and improve the service.
How we use it
- To provide the service: storing, transcribing, tagging, and indexing your footage so it is searchable and editable.
- To operate connected integrations you explicitly enable (Google Drive import, Meta performance sync).
- To secure the platform and meter usage per workspace.
We do not sell your personal data or your content, and we do not use your content to advertise to third parties.
Processing and subprocessors
Your content is processed by infrastructure and AI providers acting on our instructions, including cloud hosting and storage (Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Supabase) and media analysis services (transcription, visual analysis, and embedding providers). Each receives only what is needed to perform its function.
Data isolation
BuildYourAds is multi-tenant with per-workspace isolation enforced at the database layer. Members of your workspace see your workspace's data; other customers cannot.
Retention and deletion
Your content remains available while your account is active. Deleting an asset removes it from your library; deleting your account removes your workspace's content from production systems within 30 days, subject to short-lived backups.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us at freddy@wescaleyourbrand.com for any privacy request and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We will update this policy as the product evolves and note the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
